Warranty Policy

For any warranty claims,
please contact the original vendor or retailer as your first point of contact.

 

Proof of purchase is required
for all warranty claims. This can include a receipt, bank or credit card
statement, or other evidence showing that the product was purchased from an
authorised Bug-A-Salt retailer.

 

Due
to the complexity of the Bug-A-Salt mechanism, even components such as the salt
hopper require specialised tools and assembly expertise. For safety and
reliability reasons, we do not offer individual spare parts for sale or repair.

 

If an issue arises within the
warranty period, we will happily replace your unit with the same or a similar
model of our choice, subject to availability at the time of claim.

We follow all Consumer
Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and nothing in this policy
limits or excludes your rights under those guarantees.
